Zzzquil Night Time Sleep-Aid Liquid Syrup, Alcohol Free:

  • Helps get some shut-eye, so can wake up feeling refreshed.
  • Reduces time to fall asleep if has difficulty falling asleep.
  • To help stay awake and alert, body produces histamine, a naturally occurring substance that interacts with receptors in brain to promote wakefulness.
  • Diphenhydramine HCI is an antihistamine which blocks the affects of histamine to help fall asleep faster.

Take only one dose per day (24 hours) see Overdose Warning. Use dose cup or tablespoon. Adults and children 12 years and over: 30mL (2 tablespoons) at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: Do not use.

Do not use for children under 12 years of age; With any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin; With other drugs that cause drowsiness such as antihistamines and nighttime cold/flu products. Do not use with Nyquil.
