  • Define the shape and contour of your lips with prestige waterproof lipliner.
  • This silky smooth makeup goes on easily without skipping or dragging.
  • To make too full lips look smaller, cover your lips with foundation and powder. Then, line slightly inside your natural lip liner.
  • To make thin lips look fuller, line just very slightly outside your natural lip line. Fill in with lipstick or lip gloss, just covering the liner.
  • For a glossy lip, outline or fill in the lips completely with Light Shine Sheer Liner. Wear this pencil alone or with light Shine lip gloss.
