The part of the mask going over the bridge of your nose does not have the strength to keep the mask in place so it keeps slipping. The elastic for the ears pulled out on one side after using the mask twice.

I submitted TWO orders on 5/18/20 (Order nos. 375193 and 375195) within 5 minutes of each other. On one of the orders (375193) I requested expedited delivery and was charged an additional $11.31 for mailing. The addresses share a common post office (60005 and 60008). Despite this, I received a notice from you or your shipper indicating that the additional-fee order would arrive LATER (on 5/28 rather than my normal shipped order 375195 which advised a date of 5/27). WHY THE EXTRA FEE IF IT'S NOT FASTER? I've order from you several times in the past but this incident makes me reconsider. (I've attached the normal shipped order but could not attached more than one order below) John King
