It is an extra strength powder lightener gives you the ultimate creative control for healthy-looking highlights and special effects over the lightening process. Basic White provides balanced lightening for highlights while BW2's formula is dedusted to minimize powder fly-away. Blonde is a timeless trend, something that can be effortlessly achieved with Basic White and BW2's creamy and easy-to-handle formulas.

Direction: Mix BW with 10 or 20-volume, process up to 30 minutes, or until desired lightness is achieved.
