Proceed to apply the mixture to the hair as per standard procedures, allowing it to develop for up to 45 minutes while monitoring for the desired outcome. It is important to note that blonding plus should not be used independently or in conjunction with a 40 volume developer, and is exclusively intended for use with color charm shades at level 9 or lighter.

  • For natural levels 6 or lighter, incorporate the Blonding Plus additive to enhance lifting capabilities.
