    I have been ordering this product from MOTCStore for several years and have always been pleased with their quick service. I love this product because it lathers beautifully, has NO fragrance and is made from all natural products. My only complaint is with my last shipment of 32 oz bottles. One of the bottles leaked half its contents because the cap was not screwed on tight enough and, unlike prior orders, none of the caps were reinforced with tape. I exchanged emails with customer service and they were unable to honor my request that I receive a refund for that one bottle. They gave me a number to call which I did. The gentleman was very courteous, and said he would get back to me. I will await his call. Hopefully, they will honor my request for a refund for one bottle out of six, being that I am a returning customer. I did pay $17.71 for shipping, after all.
