    Quality of product was fine. Fulfillment of order not so much.

    Order was short half the items but was charged the full amount. E-mailed address given for customer service, waited four days, no response. Called 718 204 7211, number given on invoice for MYOTCSTORE, talked with actual person. Gave him my order number and explained the shortage. He said he would take care of the problem and apologized for the error. I also asked that I be sent and e-mail notifying me of action taken and shipping date for the items missing. No e-mail, no shipment. Called again after three days. Explained situation and was told that they could not find where any action had been taken but would redo the order and problem would be taken care of. Has been a week and no package or contact. Phone calls go unanswered now. Will not be placing any future orders with myotcstore.
