DIRECTIONS: For best results, hold applicator so inside curve of brush lines up with base of lashes. Sweep brush from root to tip. Do not let dry between coats. Removes easily with soap and water or Maybelline Expert Eyes 100% Oil-Free Eye Make-up Remover.
