This daily probiotic PLUS Lactase Enzyme helps break down lactose and relieves minor abdominal discomfort.

INGREDIENTS: Maltodextrin, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide. Contains wheat and soy.

Directions: Adults: Take one (1) capsule with meals containing dairy. Some individuals may require two (2) or more capsules daily, depending on frequency of dairy intake.

Do not take more than three (3) capsules daily.

Children 8 years and older: For children it is recommended that one (1) capsule be opened, and contents mixed into food or drink.

    This product actually works. I take one caplet in the morning before I eat my oatmeal and I can eat dairy all day long. There is one exception. If I eat a lot of ice cream, I need to take another caplet.
