    Order took months before it was shipped but they took my money in less than 2 days!

    I'm not sure how my order was handled. I wrote about it and never received a response. This email says my order was shipped 12 days ago - do you use Pony Express? (they did run through Missouri way back when) I received it YESTERDAY!! I won't know who sold this product, it looks like it came from a person. I'll look at my account and see when you helped yourself to my money and then didn't bother to fulfill my order or even respond - please don't use COVID19 as your excuse. I'm pretty disappointed with your service. Do you let the public sell on your site or something? PLEASE let me know - if you are truly an online drugstore, I would like to know but if my orders will depend on an individual, I would like to know that also. Thanks I haven't checked the product yet - I'll let you know when I do.
