    We got a ad that stated "First time buyers get free shipping"--We loaded all info in order blank--but never saw where we got "Free shipping 1st time buyers""--So we didn't click order--we called the Phone number on the web site--We explained the whole situation to the person --he said the shipping would automatically come off when order was placed.--Didn't make sense--But we did order. They billed our Credit card + over $8.00 shipping. Sent a e-mail to them & asked why. They responded there was NO free shipping" we sent then a link to prove it. They would investigate. Got a response that free shipping 1st time buyers wasnt on a their web page & was never refunded.
