Application Tips: Shake well before each use. Glide tip along outer lash line, pressing lightly for thin line and increasing pressure for thicker line. Replace tip in ink well to remoisten if desired.
For a delicately thin line: Using the tip of the applicator, draw a thin line along lash line from inner corner of eye working outwards.
For a more bold eye look: Using the tip of the applicator, draw a thin line gradually widening the line by angling the tip from middle of lash line to outer corner, flicking up at end of lash line for a cat eye look.
Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

The item that was pictured which I ordered was not what I received. OTC said manufacturer revised the product. I was required to send pictures of product and UPC code. After corresponding for over one week and receiving a partial refund, I eventually received the full refund. All this for $10.13! Needless to say I will not be doing any more business with this company.
