If after using shampoo, might like to use a conditioner, feel free to use whatever you like. Or try a completely natural alternative to commercial conditioners by using a simple rinse made from diluted (up to 50%) apple-cider-vinegar and water. Use this rinse slightly warmed for a more comfortable feel. After using shampoo for a period of time some people experience a slight coating effect to their hair. Using this rinse occasionally as part of routine normally brings hair back to its original soft and silky condition. Shampoo may not work as well as designed if had hard water.
