White Mountain Epsom Salt Carton

  • For the relief of occasional constipation.
  • Generally produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours.
  • For soaking for minor sprains and bruises.
  • Occasional constipation generally produces bowel movement sprains and bruises.

Dissolve 2 cupfuls per gallon of water. Apply in conjunction with bandages or toweling. Use with warm water for best results. Dissolve the following oral doses in glass (8 ounces) of water: Adults and children 12 years and older - 2 to 4 level teaspoonfuls (8 to 16 grams). Children 6 to 12 years - 1 to 2 level teaspoonfuls (4 to 8 grams). Repeat in 6 hours if needed. Limit 2 doses per day. Lemon juice may be added to improve taste. Follow above directions only or as directed by a physician. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach.

Not Recommended for children under age six.
