Poor posture and overwork can leave your neck and shoulders feeling tight and sore. Instead of an expensive massage, drape Therapearl?s flexible neck wrap over your aching muscles. You wont believe how quickly its comforting hot or cold therapy breaks the tension. The wrap?s wide back and long sides blanket your neck and shoulders simultaneously for twice the relief. Twist it into any position even when its frozen. Its so lightweight and comfortable you can wear it under a shirt or sweater. Chill it in the fridge or freezer, or pop it in the microwave. The wrap holds its therapeutic temperature for a full 20 minutes. Numb the ache with analgesic cold, or soothe and release the tightness with penetrating heat.
For Heat Therapy: Wrap pack with damp cloth or paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 25 seconds, add additional 10 second intervals until desired temperture is reached.
For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours. TheraPearl should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.
TheraPearl Neck Wrap Care: Packs can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Do not place any heavy objects on top of your packs. Discard pack if punctured. Do not swallow beads. Do not use on infants.
Heating TheraPearl Packs beyond the time stated above is not recommended.
