Cleanse skin with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer over affected area morning and night or as directed by a doctor. To cure or prevent athlete's foot, pay special attention to the spaces between the toes and to the toenails. It is also helpful to wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and to change shoes and socks at least once daily. Children under 12 years of age should be supervised in the use of this product. This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.
