Heat in microwave for recommended time. Leave to stand for one minute to ensure heat diffuses throughout. Trim hair to 5mm. Stir wax until it is the consistency of thick honey. Dip spatula into the center of jar, scooping the wax out and rotating he spatula to prevent dripping. Apply wax in a thick layer in the same direction of hair growth. Leave a small amount of wax at the end of the patch curling up as that will make it easier to remove. Let the wax cool on soon for about 15-30 seconds until it is still soft and pliable but is no longer sticky to touch. Hold skin taut with one hand and lift the end of the wax with fingers of free hand. Grip the wax and with one quick motion, remove the wax in the opposite direction of growth. Do not pull the wax upwards to remove - keep it as close to the skin as possible. Use the Nad's Post Wax Oil wipes to remove any excess wax.

Follow the directions for use, first test product on a small patch of skin in the area you wish to treat. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction, proceed with full application. Waxing may not be suitable for the elderly or diabetics. Do not use if taking oral retinoid or using topical Retin A. Do not use on sunburnt, dry, flaky, broken or irritated skin, over warts, pimples, moles, varicose veins or if have suffered any adverse reaction to waxes in the past. Not suitable for scalp, breast, nipple, perianal or genital areas.
