Very happy w/results but takes a concerted effort& routine!
Started this a while ago & saw a difference & more time produced even more changes. Some of the keloids have actually disappeared, flattened,& returned to normal skin color! Really pleased w/this product!

Not what I ordered
I ordered the yellow tube that was shown on your website. I received the blue one with the roller pin top that doesn’t work too well. That’s why I wanted the other one as per the picture. I also tried calling the number on the invoice and got a recording we are not available and no message asked to be left. Pls refund my money or send the one advertised. Am attaching a picture of what I ordered

The product works as my physician explained it should. I would rate it a 3 star.
As far as the service from myotcstore.com I can not figure out why it takes them a week to process an order before it is shipped. My order was placed on Feb. 1 approved on Feb. 3 and shipped on Feb 7 and arrived on Feb 10. That is not great service I can tell you that.
