- Firmly bite down into guard with impression tray in place.
- Do not use: If are under 18 years of age, if wear braces, dentures or other dental products, if can wiggle any teeth, if dentist told that have TMJ, if have any tooth or jaw pain, or as an athletic mouth guard (product does not absorb shock).
