I absolutely love this stuff. I used to have insomnia for weeks at a time feeling like I literally didn't sleep for that whole spell and a therapist I was seeing at the time told me to try this so I did and it literally changed my life overnight. I only have a sleepless night maybe 5-10 times a year now and melatonin is safe according to the therapist who recommended it to me to take consistently indefinitely Etc. it's so cheap how can you argue with giving it a try?
Order shipped quick (4 days). This product always works well for my autistic son. The only reason for the 2 stars is that both bottles expire 4/2019. We only use a little more than a half milligram a day so it takes awhile to get through a bottle. The first bottle will be well expired by the time we get through and the second bottle will be absolutely useless.

Works great, tastes good, non-habit forming and safe for kids :) My son with autism and my daughter with adhd fall asleep within 30 minutes and they don't need much, half-a-dropper.
