These essential fatty acids (EFA) have an effect on a variety of disorders including the treatment and prevention of coronary artery disease and lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Because EFA's are found in high concentrations in the brain, they are essential for nerve conduction and brain function. A deficiency in EFAs may impair learning ability and memory.
Supportives, but not conclusive, research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One serving of Omega-3 fish oils provides 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA omega-3 fatty acids. Does not contain trans fatty acid. Comes from cold water fish.

DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) softgels one to two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place.
