    Consumption of Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. It lowers cholestral. This product has good quality of vitamins, that is why it keeps us healthy. It is really good for my knees. It helps in reducing the dangers of heart attacks. Highly recommended.
