Adults and children 12 or older :Rinse with 20 ml (2/3 tablespoons) for 30 seconds before brushing. Make certain to brush teeth for at least 2 minutes after rinsing. For best results-follow use with The Natural Dentist Whitening Plus Toothpaste. Do not eat or drink for 1/2 hour after use.
If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.
