INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:

Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 500 mg 833%.
Inactive Ingredients:

Food Glaze, Gelatin, Sucrose, Magnesium Silicate, Cornstarch, Titanium Dioxide color, FD&C Yellow No. 6, FD&C Red No. 40.

DIRECTIONS:
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
