Natures Bounty St.Johns Wort 300 Mg Hypericin Capsules

Each serving of St. John's Wort contains 300 mg of St. John's Wort extract standardized to contain 0. 3% of its active ingredient, Hypericin. The standard dosage in research studies is 900 mg (3 servings daily).

For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
