    I have been taking this for quite a while now, at first it took about 3 weeks to really help with hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats, but it is a real life saver for me.............

    I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who suffers from the "hot" effects of menopause, but don't stop taking it! It takes at least a week or two before it starts to work again.
