    Defective Product

    Upon opening the product, I noted it was defective. I contacted myotcstore.com for instructions on how to return the product as directed on the packaging slip. As requested in Myotcstore Sales response email dated 5/20/2020, I furnished the documentation asked for by email dated 5/20/2020. This email described the defective product as being “...a milky appearing semi-liquid, not as a light green gel...”. The email also contained 3 illustrative photos of the defective product. In response, I was informed my payment had been funded to my account. I then contacted Myotcstore Sales, by phone, on 5/26/2020 requesting my payment amount be either returned to me or, I be sent the product originally ordered. The response was neither option was available since the product was out-of-stock at the time. At this point, I asked for the return of my money, to which I was told that could not be done. Needless to say, I am thoroughly frustrated by this entire episode. As an aside, I phoned Myotcstore Sales yesterday to see if I could get some form of final resolution, to which I was informed a replacement had been mailed. I believe that response was a scam. I stated I would call back in 3 days if not received in that time frame. If I don’t receive this replacement - or the return of my payment - I plan on contacting my credit card company for resolution.
