I am still waiting for the final 6 boxes to arrive or receive a refund from this store. I had to email them a notification of the incomplete order. The distributor misled and stated order completely fulfilled - which is false.
LOreal Preference works much better than Excellence for my very fine hair. I began with dark brown hair and am turning grey. I get beautiful long-lasting results with this color for a true golden blonde. Try using a glossing cream also. It's an amazing result.
