    This is the absolute best treatment for diaper rash.

    Resinol works great on skin irritations. It is not only for babies for also for grown ups also. It also works for minor scrapes. It really takes the itch out and heals the spot quickly. This ointment can be used for scratches, cuts, bruises and burns.
